DypsWebCapture script captures entire web pages to PNG, JPG, Tiff, GIF, BMP images and resizes them to thumbnails.The component saves any downloaded web files (html, flash, styles, JavaScript) to disk. You can specify first URL, thumbnail size and it will make screenshots of websites. The component creates an instance of Internet Explorer, opens a web page, then makes a snapshot, saves image to file. This component deals with 1 simple object wich is : Snapshot interface.Snapshot Object : - Properties - SetTimeOut : this property let you specify a number of milliseconds after wich the loading process is abort. Default value is : 30000 milliseconds. (30 seconds) - SetDelayTime : this property let you specify a delay in milliseconds to wait for after the webpage have been sucessfully rendered (You can use this for example in order to let a flash movie play loading the intro...). Default value is : 1000 milliseconds. (1 second) - enblActiveX : This property is a boolean value which specify if ActiveX objects should be authorized to run or not (in case of Flash Activex for example). - enblImages : This property is a boolean value which specify if images should be display or not. - enblJava : This property is a boolean value which specify if the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) should run or not in case of embed applet. - enblScripts : This property is a boolean value which specify if JavaScript or VBScript should be running on the web page or not. - enblVideos : This property is a boolean value which specify if a video should be read or not. - pageWidth : This property is an integer value which specify the width of the virtual screen where the web page is supposed to load. - pageHeight : This property is an integer value which specify the height of the virtual screen where the web page is supposed to load. - thumbHeight : This property is an integer value which specify the height of the thumbnail image that will be created. - thumbWidth : This property is an integer value which specify the width of the thumbnail image that will be created. - Methods - GetImageBytes(m_url as String, *.[extension]) : The extension should be one of the following values : jpg,jpeg,png,bmp,tiff,tif,gif This method return the binary content of the thumbnail. - GetURL(m_url as String, m_fileName as String) : This method grab HTML content of a web page and save it as an image thumbnail on the disk. - SnapHTML(m_Html as String, m_fileName as String) : This method (not available in the free version) will save the content of the HTML string argument as an image on the disk.
